Depending on the type of Epilepsy someone has and how it affects them, they may or may not be suitable for the job. Epilepsy is a wide and varied condition, which affects people differently, so it is not possible to say that someone could or couldn't do it, without knowing what their epilepsy is like and how it affects them.
