Lunar eclipses are usually visible for anyone who is on the night side of the Earth.
Solar eclipses are limited to a very narrow area for only a few minutes.
There is generally one total lunar eclipse every year. Sometimes there are two; occasionally there are none. Since half of the world at a time can see a lunar eclipse, you will normally see one total lunar eclipse (weather permitting!) every other year from your location. The next total lunar eclipse will be on December 21, 2010, and will be visible from anywhere in North America. You can see the catalog of all eclipses at the NASA Eclipse web site, at the link below.

there is an eclipse, anyone may see it. But, it only comes once every 4 years. so keep a look out! :)
In the dark? You can only see a total eclipse on the night side of the Earth. But total lunar eclipses happen every year or so, somewhere around the world.
If you look at the sun in the eclipse it can cause temporary blindness
There are solar eclipses every year, and nearly every country has seen one at one point or another, so it is difficult to answer your question. There are many types of eclipses, from ones where only part of the sun is covered, known as a partial eclipse, to ones where the entire sun is covered, known as a total eclipse. A total solar eclipse happens about once every 18 months somewhere in the world. When a total eclipse does occur many countries will see it, and many other countries experience a partial eclipse. A total eclipse in the same place occurs on average about once in every 370 years.
The sun is behind earth at that time. The earth's shadow makes the eclipse. Some areas of the world will see a full eclipse and other's will see a partial.
There are generally two solar eclipses and two lunar eclipses each year. A lunar eclipse happens when the shadow of the Earth falls on the Moon. Each lunar eclipse is visible from the entire night half of the Earth, so on average you will see one lunar eclipse per year, from wherever on Earth that you live. There are also two total solar eclipses per year, but the shadow of the Moon on the Earth is much smaller. So the average person will hardly ever see a solar eclipse, unless you travel to the place where the eclipse will happen. On average, you can expect a solar eclipse to happen where you live once every 58 years. If you would like to see when the next solar eclipse will happen where you live, the link below to the Solar Eclipse Calendar will be useful. To see all solar eclipses in the world, the "World Solar Eclipse" link will give you a map.
You cannot catch every single pokemon, unless you cheat. but, battle eveyone you see, even twice, and in this game you only have to see every pokemon, not own. So, go battle, walk in that grass, and you have it all by the end of the game.
We do not see those because the sun and the moon are in a line.
Because the world is always rotating, the places that see the solar eclipse will have to be facing the moon when it is blocking the sunlight.
You have to open the gate and eveyone will go inside so you can go inside. (this wil not work for the flea market )
