No. The tampon is right at the opening of the vaginal entrance - it can not reach your stomach. And even if it could it would be too small to feel. You have both ovaries and uterus and intestines but I bet you can't feel them. A tampon is smaller.

Your vaginal canal is essentially a dead-end as far as tampons are concerned, they can go no further than the vaginal canal. If you insert [clean] fingers vaginally you can feel for yourself that your vaginal canal is only so long ans there's nowhere for a tampon to go.
