Approximately 3 years. I have a male purebred rottweiler who is 1 yr and 7 months and whose has a very large and broad head like that of a cow ( since his father was big as a cow) and his head hasn't stop growing.

Females height will be between 22-25 inches, and weight around 42kgs (92 pounds).
Males height will be between 24-27 inches, and weight around 50kgs (110 pounds).

∙ 14y agoFemale Rottweilers heads are generally smaller than the males, but I have seen some with big heads. Depends on the breeding etc.
