The anus is merely a sphincter, it cannot digest or absorb anything. It is possible to introduce substances through the anus into the large intestine, which does have the capacity to absorb water or substances dissolved in water; it does not have the capacity to digest anything, however. Digestion takes place in the stomach and the small intestines, not in the large intestines.
They feed on digested food in your large intestine and anus.
our food will not be fully digested and if our food will not be fully digested it will be hard to take out the waste that will go out from the anus
Undigested food waste is excreted through the anus.
because of anus
The function is to push out the unused waste.
After food is digested in the small intestine, it passes through to the rectum then anus, where the undigested food comes out as waste.
Pinworms eat nutrients in the anus and rectum
Food goes through the esophagus down to the stomach before traveling through the intestines (large and small) and finally into the colon and out the anus.
Materials not absorbed in the colon are excreted as waste products in the feces.
Dogs have a butthole or anus, so that they can pass faeces (poo). This is important because it allows the dog to get rid of waste products from their digested food.
Well the nutrients that can't be digested and absorbed in the small intestine move on to the large intestine. The water is reabsorbed out of it and then moves down to the colon. When the bowels move the feces are egested via the rectum and anus.
Most food is digested in the stomach.
