If they are older and its two males then i would suggest separate tanks male and feamel you don't have to separate unless you don't want them to have babies if they do have babies put the mom and the eggs in a separate tank two females in a tank would probably be alright unless theres also a male or if one is pregnant.
No Bearded Dragon can live together! They are extremely territorial and will fight to the death. They only time a beardie should be housed together is for mating purposes and right after you need to separate them again
Frilled dragons can not live together with Chinese water dragons because both lizards require very different environments. Frilled dragons live in dry scrub, while Chinese water dragons need to live in riverside rainforests.
no a bearded dragon male is aggressive and Territorial I'm not sure about the frilled dragon but i assume it the same thing Any ways its best not to mix species.

No, bearded dragons are not the same as frilled necked. Bearded dragons have a more wider beard as frilled neck dragons have a smaller frill around their neck.
Probably but frilled dragons suck no they dont they rule
No ! They need completely contrasting living conditions ! Bearded Dragons need dry, arid conditions, Frilled Dragons need a humid environment. They would never encounter each other in their natural habitats - therefore should never be housed together !
