No, you can not catch a cold/flu by going outside after a warm bath. You can only catch these if you have been exposed to the virus that spreads them. So catching a cold means you caught a virus which doesnt happen after you took a warm bath!!

∙ 13y agoA relative of mine got out of the hairdresser immediately after having a blow dry and it was like only 17 degrees outside. She caught a pneumonia and died the day after. She was perfectly healthy and young.
You should leave your body, especially your head to acquire normal temperature before going out.
