It all depends on what time of the year and the quality of grapes but they aren't that expencive ;)
Not to produce grapes but you need to prune them to keep them under control and produce good grapes. You should lead shoots along wires and cut every sideshoot out at the leaf after the bunch of grapes forms.

A basic answer from my home brew days is: Black grapes produce a deep red wine, the colour coming from the skins of the grapes. A second fermentation on the grapes that had produced the original red wine, will produce a lighter coloured wine classed as rosé.
Without grapes, wine would be impossible to produce. The grapes themselves varies, depending on color. All other ingredients vary, depending of what type of wine is being produced.
