You shouldn't give guinea pigs popcorn that's made for people. It has too much salt. A bigger problem is that the popcorn flakes can get stuck in the guinea pig's large, sharp front teeth.

Popcorn would not be part of a good diet for a guinea pig. If the popcorn was plain it might not hurt the guinea pig too much but if it was sweetened or salted it could make the guine pig very ill.
Yes it will hurt them A LOT!!! But if it popcorn made for guinea pigs you can feed it that but not too much maybe 1-3 a week. You can get that popcorn in some pet stores!!!
