A peanut is a peanut, seriously they will be better quality than those in the pet shop, as they will be fit for human consumption, and not pet consumption. As long as they are not salted you will be fine.
Yes, You can give Hamsters a variety of nuts, such as walnuts, brazils, almonds and hazelnuts at Christmas. When they are in the shells the hamster can chew at them to wear down his teeth, but you will normally need to crack them so that the hamster can eat the nut. My dwarf hamster loved walnuts in particular.
Hamsters like to eat walnuts and peanuts (unsalted, of course!) At least that's what I've found =)

Definitely. hamsters love nuts. Just be careful with the type that you feed them, and try to remove the shell of some of them such as hazelnuts and peanuts. You can Google the types of foods that hamsters can eat, that will give you more information. :)
Yes, hamsters can safely eat small amounts of green peppers. Hamsters can also eat cauliflower, carrots, celery, and cucumber.
