No. You can be arrested in Texas for doing anything that is against the law.
I would say an obvious yes to this question! Homeschooling is open for all throughout the lifetime unless your brain stops attracting you for education. You can be homeschooled at any age as if you are a high school senior then you would surely have looked for some online training centres etc. By doing so you would have known that there is a smaller amount of home education providers who offer flexibilities in registrations but there are some institutes for sure who present flexible registrations like UK open college.

Yes. It depends what kind of homeschooling you are doing and your age. If you are doing the book homeschooling, then it is more helpful to have a parent around to help you, but if you are 15 or older, it is not necessary, it is up to your parents. Online homeschooling is completely different, you can do it on your own because you can listen to the lessons.
Contrary to the letter of the Tennessee law, a high school biology teacher taught his class Darwin's Theory of Evolution and was arrested for doing so.
