Yes and No. Yes because if we stay on our toes and keep an eye on horse owners (I am one...) we can stop. No because there is lots of people out there who don't care about horses. There is just to many. I am 12, and when I grow up, I plan to start a Nation Wide Biz, that will collect 2-3 people to work for me in each town to do surprise inspections on horse owners once a month. (& to stop horse slaughter) [I also want to be a VET.......]
