Yes, in very small amounts. Peanut butter was used to make the horse actor in the television series "Mr. Ed" look like he was talking.
In addition to the above answer it should be stated that peanut butter can pose a choking hazard if the horse should get ahold of a large amount. A special homemade horse treat can be made from peanut butter and carrot shaving, which is even better for the horse than plain peanut butter. You simply make a homemade peanut butter cookie and add the carrot shavings to them.
Every horse to which I've offered a peanut (roasted, in the shell) has happily crunched down the whole thing. It's an easy treat to carry, doesn't crumble in your pocket, and horses LOVE them! I've been using them as treats in clicker training horses for years now.

yes horses can eat yogert but its not good for them
Why is yogurt not good for them? and what is your experience with yogurt for horses? Are you a horse or medical professional?
Milk products can't be digested after six month of age, which is why we wean foals then, so the yoghurt has no 'nutritional' value, only to provide bacteria to assist digestion. Lactobacillus Acidophilus Bacteria are found in the gut of horses and when there is digestive upset, generally, the problem is related to too high acidity. The gut pH turns acidic and the only bacteria that survives well is LAB. So as a short term fix, yogurt can help replenish missing bacteria. The normal range and level of gut bacteria is usually restored in one full day's grazing, so longer for a stabled horse. A special horse probiotic contains more bacteria, which the horse needs, so is better when all the bacteria might have disappeared after worming and your horse is mainly stabled.
The odd tub of yoghurt won't harm and may do some good and some horses seem to like it - mine prefer apricot - the unflavoured is too sour!
No, because horses can't have people food. They must have horse food such as oats, carrots, apple, etc. If the horse eats any cookies or people food it can have bad reactions such as throwing up, or sometimes it causes a blockage, maybe even death. If your horse does eat people food, just call the vet, see what they say, and just be prepared.
They can eat it but, I'm not so sure that it will benefit them in any way. It could make them sick. So just stick to celery, lettuce, carrots, and rabbit pellets.
Yes, they are mostly sugar. They love them too!
Yes, horses can eat candy canes. But i wouldn't suggest you make it a regular part of your horse's diet. Just like us, horses dont need sweets every day.
Horses cannot be fed peanut oil because, like peanuts, it can clog their arteries.

no
no the people who call them jelly beans are stupid the should be called fruit beans no jelly beans dont have jelly in them there called jelly beans because there jelly like but the main reason is that the first ever jelly bean was made by a company called jelly belly who today make jelly beans ,candy canes , bubble gum, candles, lipbalm and more. the outside layer of a jellybean is liquid sugar and flavoring. the inside is sugar, cornstarch, and flour. that is a jellybean no jelly at all.
