No they will die because soon enough they will run out of air & die.The next posibility is that you will pop like a balloon as some scientist say.When people orbit the Earth or travel the Moon,they must live temporarily in space.Space has no air,and temperatures reach extremes of heat and cold.Conditions on Space are different from those on Earth.
