No. There is no evidence that one species has ever evolved into another species, even over long periods of time. Charles Darwin thought that there was no reason why bears could not evolve into whales:
"I can see no difficulty in a race of bears being rendered, by natural selection, more and more aquatic in their structure and habits, with larger and larger mouths, till a creature was produced as monstrous as a whale" -- The Origin of Species
But then Darwin was worried because there are no intermediary forms of one species changing to another in the fossil record. Darwin also said:
"Why, if species have descended from other species by fine gradations, do we not everywhere see innumerable transitional forms? Why is not all nature in confusion, instead of the species being, as we see them, well defined?… But, as by this theory innumerable transitional forms must have existed, why do we not find them embedded in countless numbers in the crust of the earth?… But in the intermediate region, having intermediate conditions of life, why do we not now find closely-linking intermediate varieties? This difficulty for a long time quite confounded me."
Electric eels and other electric sea life can paralyse humans. Many mythical creatures hypnotise, stun and paralyse humans occurring to legends.
sea legs
apes are like humans because they are intelligent creatures and they are meant to be are ancestors and humans are cool
hu
it has no bones
because humans and other sea creatures are eating them
no sea creatures have limbs and the other animals and humans have legs
Humans did not evolve from chimpanzees or any of the other great apes that live today.
Some dangerous deep sea creatures would include: the giant squid, frilled shark, anglerfish, and goblin shark. Most deep sea creatures pose no threat to humans as they are located at depths in which you would need a submarine to reach.
Types of creatures that eat sharks:other sharks, alligator (if the shark is small), and humans.

Antropology is the study of humans and humanlike creatures.

Some sea creatures have ansetors of dinosaurs
The Sea horses predators are humans at fish that eat all under water creatures
If you mean, "are all under water creatures, sea creatures?" then no. The term SEA is for the ocean and there also can be creatures in freshwater. Also some creatures that live in water such as some snakes and sea turtles come out of the water every so often, so they are no total sea/water creatures. Fish are underwater creatures though.
