I do not think so. When you start the program it will ask for location with Windows 7 distrubutive.

No, there is no place to download the Windows 7 RC. At first, what you have to do, is go to Bing search, "Windows 7 RC", click on the Softonic link. Click on, "Download Now." Click, "Run", and then it will download. It may take several minutes for the Windows 7 RC to download. After, the Windows 7 RC is downloaded, what you have to do next is, download ImgBurn. Then, open up the Windows 7 RC ISO file, via ImgBurn, and click on the CD and the arrow. Then, your computer, will burn the files to a blank recordable and re-writable DVD, if you have one in your CD drive. Then, go to My Computer via the Start Menu, and click on the icon that has the letter, "D" beside it, after you see a Blue Square to the right side of the text. Then, the installation window will appear. And then click, "Install Now." Then, the Windows 7 RC, will install on your computer. And Windows XP or Windows Vista, whatever you have will be replaced with the Windows 7 RC.

If you select 'Upgrade', it only replaces system files, keeping your personal data/files/downloads. It is probably recommended to install a clean copy, though.

The problem with Windows 7 is that there is not much compatible drivers especially for Radeon. Check ATI website for the drivers compatible with Windows 7.

It can be any version of Windows 7 (Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate) but if you want to keep your stuff buy an 'upgrade' version of the DVD. If your computer has become unstable, or cannot boot into Windows, choose the full install as this will install a fresh copy onto your computer. (Only choose this if you want to wipe all the stuff off your hard drive) but if you do all your stuff will be in a folder called Windows.old I recommend Windows 7 Ultimate but it is the most expensive option. Windows 7 Starter is the cheapest but doesn't have the full features of Ultimate. Most people go for Home Premium. (I've got Windows 7 Ultimate Beta)

Essentially, nothing. The RC was the final test version, including everything that Microsoft intend to release with Windows 7. The RTM will have no major changes from the RC, but probably some bug fixes. The RTM will also not start shutting down every 2 hours from March 1 2010, like the RC will. Your beta keys will also likely not work with the RTM.
