Indictment.
An original Grand Jury indictment.
Generally a grand jury returns a true bill if they elect to find probable cause for a trial. That may be in the form of (1) a presentment if the case originated from a magistrate or a preliminary hearing in a lower criminal court or (2) an indictment if the case originated in the grand jury. If a grand jury finds insufficient probable cause, it will return a no true bill and the charges are dismissed.
Of course not
To simplify any fraction or ratio you have to find a number that can be multiplied to get both numbers. In this case it would be the number 7, now you would just divide each by 7. So the simplest form of this ratio is 7 to 2.
multiply
a number can be divisble into each number (in this case 5)
you have to divide the numerator (top number; in this case 7) by the denominator (bottom number; in this case 8) 7/8=0.875
either find the answer or write it in number form

To find what 185/380 is in simplest form, find the GCF. You can do that by listing the factor pairs of each number and then finding the largest factor they have in common. In the case of 185 abd 380, the GCF is 5. Divide both numbers by 5 and you get 37/76.
8/16 is not in the simplest form because you still can find a common number that divides both of them perfectly. in this case namely, 8. the simplest form would be 1/2. in general you would have to show or state that there are no common divisors.
