No, you can't. First, there is no registration of ordinary firearms in the US. Second, in a few cases, where there is a compelling reason (usually a criminal investigation) law enforcement officers may go to a manufacturer, and attempt to follow the link from maker to distributor to dealer to buyer- which is not available to a private citizen.
