Yes, if you really want to, and it is your computer! Hit it as much as you like. It would make a change from shouting at it, I suppose! But, hitting the poor thing, what would that achieve?

Technically, yes you can. However, it is a waste of money, could get you in trouble, and demonstrates poor anger management. You shouldn't, but physically, you are probably capable of doing so.
