If your'e refering to the "Vin Number", stand outside your car on the driver side and look at your windshield on the lower side (toward you) and you should see a small plate with a series of numbers and letters, That is your vin number.
The VIN is located on several parts in an automobile. Generally the most accessible part is above the dashboard, where the windshield meets the interior of the car. There should be a small, long hole into which you can look to see the VIN. You should be able to see it from the outside of the car looking in. You can also check the owners manual for other VIN number locations in the car.
That is not the VIN number, the vin is a 17 characters (numbers and letters) that is stamped on the head tube between the handlebars and the front fender. If this is the vin number from there, it is a pre 1981 bike and no way of tracking it. You would need to check with your local Suzuki shop and see if they can help you find the year model.
Get under the engine bay and uses a flashlight to find the VIN. The VIN stamp will vary from vehicle to vehicle, but will be mounted somewhere on the engine block. Some older vehicles will contain a serial number instead of a VIN. Match up the VIN from the engine block to the VIN on the vehicle. If the engine block has a serial number instead of a VIN then contact the manufacture dealer to see what serial number the original engine block had. .
