First of all tell me how short you are? if you are 4.5 or 5.1 then yes you can ride a motorcycle if you know how to drive a bike, because there are many bikes which are especially made for short people.

Yes, if you are 20 years old and have completed a Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course in the UK, you are allowed to ride a motorcycle or scooter with an engine size of up to 125cc. You must also hold a valid provisional motorcycle license. Remember to display L-plates while riding until you pass the full motorcycle test.

Sounds like you have some serious problems with your cooling system. The best way to get it diagnosed would be to take it to a motorcycle shop.

Under normal city riding, the oil level must be checked and replaced for every 2000 km.....DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT,crank up the motorcycle engine when the oil level is low....it will cause friction b/w parts....stalling the engine.....ride safe......
