ASDA is one of the larger supermarket chains in the UK with a national coverage. Since 1999 it has been owned by Walmart and therefore ASDA is Walmart's entry into the UK. There are no publicized plans to expand the ASDA brand name to other countries. Certainly, to operate in the US would likely do nothing more than dilute the Walmart brand name.
If you actually mean ASDA (UK) then yes they are national and part of the US Walmart family.
No you can't, there are no ASDA's in the Republic of Ireland. There are some in Northern Ireland however, this would involve going through the UK Home Office. Most of the ASDA's in Northern Ireland (and the rest of the UK) are generally oversubscribed. A considerable number of applications are overlooked due to the number of prospective applicants, therefore it would be difficult (nothing is impossible) to successfully transfer. That said, if you had considerable experience, university level qualifications, and some good references, and work in a middle or upper management capacity then you may be successful. I do believe that ASDA and Walmart do short term swap deals with their employees. It would be worth checking this out, as an intra company transfer is easier and more economically viable than a permanent resident visa or a temporary work visa.
There are plenty of places people can go to find clothing for a newborn baby. Supermarket stores such as Walmart in the US or Asda in the UK stock these as well as specialist stores like Mothercare.

It is the world's #1 retailer, with about 6,775 stores, including some 1,075 discount stores, 2,250 combination discount and grocery stores (Wal-Mart Supercenters in the US and ASDA in the UK), and 580 warehouse stores (SAM'S CLUB).

Wal-Mart in BRITAIN (England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland) is called Asda -Walmart. The Asda name predominates for the smaller 'Safeway' size stores, but the larger 'super size' stores which are similar in size to US Wal-marts are called Wal-Marts.
Any game out let. If you're in the UK then Game, Game Station, CeX, HMV, Forbidden Planet, Asda etc. If you're in the US then Walmart or if there are any game stores in the area then try there. Alternatively use Amazon or Ebay.
You cannot pre-order any items from Walmart, Target, or Gamestop and have them shipped to the UK.
You need to ask the bank.
