No. Clorox is a trade name, but many store brands are made by Clorox as well, they just don't have the name.
They are completely different products. Clorox is bleach and Tide is a detergent. Clorox (unless its Clorox2) bleach is very harsh and will eventually eat away at the fibers of most fabrics. Tide is a very good laundry detergent that works well to get out tough stains without doing any damage to laundry.
Rinse it out, wash with a mild shampoo and rinse with vinegar water. Clorox bleach is very harsh for skin and for breathing--avoid using it at all for your body and hair. Peroxide is more commonly used for bleaching hair, but you have to be careful with that as well.
Well, if you use chlorine bleach the color will be ruined. I suggest getting stains out with a non-chlorine bleach stain remover like Clorox 2 stain fighter and color booster

You should indeed be concerned with breathing in vapors of any Clorox Bleach. Clorox is a highly alkaline substance (with a pH >7.0). and as such may be corrisive to damp tissue -- mucous membranes like the nose and throat, and the lungs, as well as the eyes. You should always use any bleach in a well-ventilated environment so you don't breathe the fumes, or wear a HEPA filter.Take a look at the Clorox bottle for lots of details about this.User:Cjonb20:00, 2 Jun 2008 (UTC)geraint pursey
The active ingredient in bleach is chlorine. It works very well as a household cleaner which both kills microorganisms and removes grime.

use Clorox 2 (blue bottle, orange lid), NOT Clorox bleach. put some in a cup, dip a tooth brush into it and then scrub them, this works really well on mine
Bleach is not made from NaCl its is mostly composed of sodium hydoxide (NaOH) and sodium Hypochlorite also known Sodium Chlorate (i) (NaClO)
Yes. Don't *ever* use bleach internally if you value your health, life, and ability in the future to have children. If you feel like you may have gotten pregnant, do what you have to do to obtain a morning-after pill. They work very well.
I find that using wet naps from resturaunts work really well. They smell good, and work well too.Answeri think that the Clorox bleach pens work really well, or any clothing stain remover.
