You can use liners, pads, menstrual cups or softcups for spotting.
i am bleeding orange blood
If you're going through a super or ultra absorbency tampon within an hour then you need to see your doctor, possibly go to an emergency room if the bleeding is heavy enough to suggest hemorrhaging or if you start to feel ill. If you're leaking through a lighter absorbency tampon then it may simply be that you need a higher absorbency tampon for your flow. Heavy flow itself is not a problem, if you're in your teens your flow may tend to be heavier, if your heavy flow continues it's best to talk to your doctor about lightening it with tranexamic acid and looking into why it's heavy.
You should go to the doctor as soon as you can. That is not normal.
Lifehouse
Yes, you can swim in a river with a tampon. There are no special concerns about doing so, whether it's a river, pool, or lake.
Ask every doctor, they will all strongly advise against it. A miscarriage is a pregnancy that your body rejected. The way your body rejects it you will vaginally bleed the rejected pregnancy. The blood that comes out is all sorts of bacteria. The reason why DON'T wear tampons during the bleeding process of the miscarriage is because the tampon is inside of you trapping the bacteria. When the tampon is in, the bacteria has no where else to go. So in turn, the bacteria embeds itself in your uterus and can cause complications if no medical attention is sought. So some life-saving advice is DO NOT WEAR TAMPONS DURING THE BLEEDING FROM THE MISCARRIAGE!!!!

The only way to know if you are having a period or implantation bleeding is to take a pregnancy test or visit your doctor.

It could possibly mean that your current birth control is not right for you. Make an appt. with your OB/GYN. Also, you need to make sure that you are taking them every single day at approximately the same time.
