If you leave food in a fridge for three months with no power - it will all go bad ! If you need to turn the fridge off for any length of time - you're better off using up the contents beforehand.
Once you turn the power off - leave the door slightly open - to allow air to circulate, and stop mould from forming. Before switching back on - give it a good wash inside with warm water and mild detergent.
