Well, there is Shoal cave on route 125. In that cave you can find spheal (water/ice type) and in ice room of that cave there is snorunt (ice type). Also there is legendary Pokemon Regice which you can find in Island cave on route 105. If you want to get Regice you must finish regi puzzle. First you …must catch Relicanth (underwater route 126) and Wailord (fish with super rod on route 129 or evole wailmer up to level 40).Relicant must be first on your team and wailord last. You need to teach some Pokemon TM DIG. Now you go to route 134, the one with currents.... come in from the east side and navigate them to the south west until you hit a bit of land that's capable of you diving into, once underwater follow the land through til you come to Resurface there and you'll be inside a cave, go up to the inscription and read it. Then use dig. Go into the room that's just been opened up Here make Relicanth the 1st Pokémon in your team and Wailord the last, read the inscription at the end and the caves will be opened after an earthquake. Regirock should be found in the sandstormy desert in Route 111. In the mountain, read the inscription and do the following: Go Right Twice, Down Twice and then use Strength and Regirock should appear. Its at Lv. 40 so be preparedan inscription that look like its in dots. Regice, the second member of the Regi-trio, Ice Type...After doing the above mentioned events, fly as close to route 105 as possible, most likely to Muro Town. Surf North-west and you will encounter a cave similar to the one you found Regirock in. Enter it, this task is pretty simple, go to the middle of the wall with the 'braille' inscription in it and press A, wait for a little bit and a door should appear...this could take several minutes so be patient. Go in and Regice will be there. Once again, its at Registeel, the final member of the Regi-trio, Steel Type...After doing the above mentioned events, fly to the town that's to the east of the Safari Zone. Go to the Safari Zone, but instead of entering go west until you discover a staircase, go up this staircase and you'll enter another part of route 120 (where it's raining), there will be another mountain. Go into this one and once again you'll find an inscription, read it and head to the dead center of the room and use Fly. A Path to the next room should open, go into it and Registeel will be there waiting. Its at Lv. 40 ( Full Answer )
Water/Dragon. Kingdra is a duel-type Pokemon, meaning it has more than one type. While Kingdra is predominately a Water-type Pokemon, it is also the Dragon-type. This combination is rare and quite useful in battle as one type covers the others' weakness (except for Dragon-type moves).
A Water Pokemon's weaknesses are Electric and Grass. Basically any type of Pokemon can beat a water Pokemon if it'sstrong enough, but Electric and Grass attacks do 2X damage againstWater types. Water types also only take half damage from Fire, Ice, Steel, andWater attacks, so those wouldn't be the …best ones to use. Water attacks do half damage to Dragon, Grass, and Water Pokemon. Its strengths are against Fire, Ground, and Rock. ( Full Answer )
Articuno because it can learn mind reader + sheer cold mindreader locks the next attck on 100% so it wont miss than sheer cold 1 hit K.O.
By: YAHYA : Most likely it would be Wailord I'd say Milotic and Emploeon as best water Pokemon. For ice i'd say Glaceon, Articuno and Regice.
The only Pokémon that is both Electric and Ice type is Rotom when in Freezer form. You can receive Rotom in pokemon White (The only knowledge I know of now) by trading him for Ditto with a scientist in the game, somewhere after the pokemon league. To get him in freezer form, go to "Shopping mal…l nine" in the excess- electronics room. Clicking the boxes, if you have Rotom in your party, you can have the choice for him to hold various items: Let him hold the refridgerator, and now you have the only electric and ice pokemon. I would use a Fire, Fighting, Rock, or Steel type since they do double damage!
I'm just guessing but I would say Blizzard wait, no Shear Cold! A 1-hit-KO! Shear Cold is a spectacular move! But, it only has a 20% or 30% chance of hitting, so in that case, I guess Blizzard and Shear Cold are both great.
Ice-type Pokémon are strong against Grass, Ground, Flying andDragon-type Pokémon. Of course it also depends of the secondarytyping of the opposing Pokémon. For example, Kingdra will receive aneutral damage from Ice since it is Water/Dragon.
Electric and Grass types. There is a three Pokémon pinnacle composed of Fire, Water and Grass types. It's like paper, scissors rock. Fire beats grass, grass beats water and water beats fire. The electric type is sometimes considered to wriggle its way into the pyramid. Other three-Pokémon pinn…acles also exist in the games, (example Psychic, Fighting and Dark types) ( Full Answer )
Glaceon and Frosslass are the only non-legendary Pokemon that you have to do something special to obtain. Glaceon evolves from Eevee when it is leveled up next to the Ice Rock in Route 217. Frosslass evolves from a female Snorunt when a Dawn Stone is used on it.
when you get HM surf just get in the water and there's only water pokemon.
Fire pokemon have an advantage over ice pokemon, if thats what youmean. But in general, Fire pokemon have a base stat average of 448.48 andice types have one of 449.6, so ice types are generally stronger.
Well, its definitely not a state of equilibrium unless its at the south pole or something. Depending on the temperature of the water the temperature of the air surrounding or above the water, and the temperature of the ice, it may be all water in very short order. So the question leans toward descri…bing energy. Heat in this case. So if that's the intent, its a system of heat being absorbed by the ice and removed from the water and the air above the ice. ice Pokemon do effect fire Pokemon but ice type moves are not very effective against fire Pokemon. if you are on the fire type gym or something like that, try not to use ice Pokemon.
Water ice is the only "ice" there is. "Dry ice" if you've heard of it, is only a nickname for frozen CO2 (carbon dioxide). Everything can be an "ice." Basically, ice is frozen water. "Frozen" doesn't necessarily mean cold. Everything solid is an "ice", the way you are saying "ice." Metal is the "fro…zen" form of molten metal. I'm not saying you can literally go around calling everything solid "ice", I'm just saying ice is just a name of a solid form of water, which is a liquid. ( Full Answer )
In PoKéMoN Silver (as well as the other versions) you can find the majority of Water PoKéMoN by either: Surfing Teach HM03 Surf to one of the PoKéMoN in your party or make sure that you are carrying one that already knows it. When you get to the edge of any body of water, go i…nto the PoKéMoN menu, select that PoKéMoN and choose "Surf". Travel about the water on your PoKéMoN's back until a battle screen comes up. Fishing There are 3 types of fishing rods you can acquire in the PoKéMoN games: Old Rod , Good Rod and Super Rod . When you get any one of them, go to the edge of any body of water, go into your Backpack menu, and select Old, Good or Super Rod > "Use". Old Rod: In the PoKéMart Center on Route 32 in Johto, talk to the man inside and he will give you an Old Rod to fish with. This rod is only good for catching Magikarp though, so as soon as you get a better fishing rod, it is safe to throw this one away. Good Rod: Go to Olivine City in Johto and enter the Sailor's House above the PokeCenter. He will give you a Good Rod to fish with. This catches a wider variety of better PoKéMoN and slightly higher level Magikarp. Super Rod: Find the fisherman's house on Route 12 in Kanto. Speak to him inside and he will give you a Super Rod. This is the best fishing rod you can get and will catch you more PoKéMoN, some at much higher levels. ( Full Answer )
Melting of ice into water is a physical change. Basically, any change that involves only the form of a substance is a physical change. In this case, the water molecules are unchanged and have the same chemical properties as before the melting occurs. The act of melting only changes (increases) the i…nternal energy between the water molecules resulting in a less orderly structure but does not affect the molecules themselves. ( Full Answer )

Check out Mamoswine. It's an ice/ground type pokemon. Or you might want to try froslass (ice/ghost). I tried it once and it was quite satisfying, in my opinion. The other alternative is Weavile (dark/ice) because it has a high speed and attack. Definitely not Abomasnow (grass/ice) because beside…s it doesn't learn much good moves, it's hard to train. Plus, it will die instantly against fire-type pokemon. ( Full Answer )
You can teach your Pokemon surf and go surfing to run into a water type option. Or fishing which I prefer because if you are using the right rod you can get some great Pokemon.
Fire, Ground and fighting will do the trick For taking out those nasty Ice types.
Poliwrath and Keldeo. But since Keldeo hasn't even been released in games yet, use Poliwrath.
If you go to the Seafoam Island, you can find Seel (Isn't an Ice-Type, but it's evolution Dewgong is), Jynx and of course the most powerful of all, an Articuno in level 50. The only other Ice-Type is Cloyster, but it's pre-evolved form Shellder can only be caught in FireRed. You can also find Seel a…nd also Dewgong I think in the Icefall Cave. ( Full Answer )
