It is possible yes, because the iron in the cereal 'batter' is raw elemental iron (in trace proportions) rather than a non-magnetic compound.

However you'd have to blend the cereal into dust first to liberate the traces of iron. There is not nearly enough iron on one flake for the flake themselves to be attracted to a magnet.
