If you have the old msn for instance but you want msn plus, you go on google and type MSN plus. Then what you do is click on it and it will give you a little bit of information about it. Then there will be a button saying download now. You click that utton and it will download.
You have to be 10 or 11 years old to go on MSN or hotmail. It would be against the rules if you go earlier.

To do this you need msn plus, you can easily download this for free just type in google msn plus and click on any link within about the first 5. MSN PLUS is basically just a extension that allows you to do other things with your msn and not just your name. Once you have msn plus, when you go to change your name on the right side there should be a button "Format codes" click on that and you pick any colour you can also have your name bold italic etc...You can make different parts of your name diff colours...if you want to all you have to do for this is go on a conversation and click on the colour board with all the colours on and a code like [c=45][/c] will come up in the place that you type. Just click on the colour you want a part of your name to be and remember the code, go on your name and put before the text you want to colour different to the rest the code eg [c=45] then at the end [/c] and your done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you found this helpful. Ps to find extra features your msn plus can do at the top of your windows live messenger contact page when file etc are on the end at the right is plus!
Depends on where the kids live. In most of the US, kids go to school for 13 years, plus any college they go to. However, when in college, most people are no longer kids.
