No. First of all, you would be hard pressed to find "lava proof glass." Second, magma (what lava is called underground) does not melt is way through rock; much of the time it fractures the rock, as it works its way up under enormous pressure. Even then, it can find another rout to the surface.
magma and lava are fighting their way out
Glass is made when sand is heated to such a high temperature that it's as hot as an erupting volcano. Not that I've actually tested this but the glass would most likely turn into liquid glass.
The matter thrown out of a volcano while it is erupting is called lava, and it consists of melted rock matter. Before erupting, the lava moves underground towards the opening of the volcano. When it is underground like this, it is called magma.
Lava by: Arn2 xD
A lava flow is a stream of molten rock that moves downhill from an erupting volcano.
Lava, watervapour, ash, cinder, carbondioxide.
probably not the VOLCANO but maybe lava erupting from the volcano, but only around the volcano, within a few meters.
a shield volcano
Lahars, Lava Runoff, ash can suffocate people, and poisonous gas that comes from a volcano when its erupting
Potential energy is found when the lava(magma) is hardened. Kinetic energy is found when the volcano is erupting.
Lava is erupting in Hawaii as we breathe that is turning into basalt rock.
Depends on if the volcano is erupting or not. If it's not then you could go anywhere you wanted on the volcano. If it's erupting stay out of pyroclastic flow and about 30 feet from lava and you won't feel it that much. But be careful because lava moves quickly at times.
