Heart conditions can refer pain to the left arm, and many abdominal viscera can refer pain to the RIGHT shoulder/upper arm. However, I am not aware of any pain referral patterns from the low back or abdominal viscera to the left arm. Nor am I aware of any left arm conditions that can refer to the low back.
However, that does not mean that it is not possible!!

Chest pain under the left arm can be a symptom of various conditions, including heart issues, muscle strain, or nerve-related problems. It's important to seek medical attention to determine the cause of the pain and receive appropriate treatment. If the pain is severe or accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, or sweating, seek emergency medical help immediately.
when you have a heart attack pain transfers from chest to arm, but mostlikely tendonitus.
When I experienced a recent heart attack, my first indication was indigestion and gas. Quickly after the onset of the first symptoms, I did experience stabbing pain in my armpit, and a sort of painful pressure down my left arm to my wrist. As I did, it is best when experiencing left arm pain, seek medical attention. It could be nothing, but better to know it is nothing serious than not know and die as a result.
Cut the arm off and it will go away
Shortness of breath, pain in the left chest, left arm pain, palpitation.
Pain in the left shoulder blade and tingling in the left arm can be caused by a pinched nerve. The exact cause of the pain should be diagnosed by a qualified physician.
There is a nerve which connects all three, so when felt in the heart the signal travels to these other areas
YES The nerve paths are not specific. You can have no pain, chest pain, arm pain (usually left) or any combination of the two.
