The Wand itself is used as a tool in Ceremonical Magic or Higher Magick, to concentrate power. It is not the wand that do the magic, but the magician.
The simple answer is No...
say these magic words
Well... if you want to get techniqual wands don't magic, people do. think of a wand as an extension of your own arm. this extension conducts the energy from your mind and body and points it in a specified direction. When you say or think your chosen spell your are realeasing that energy. The wand is nothing more that an antenna. It has no more magic than the witch who uses it. A wand doesn't make you powerful. it's more or less a training tool.
As people with different minds ruled by subjective train of thoughts, some of them may say that magic exists, some say it does not and some say it is possible. However, until we can prove that it is impossible for magic to exist, we cannot assume anything; therefore, the answer to the existence of magic words is undefined currently.
There is only one "best" wand in history and that is the Elder Wand/Deathstick/etc. Other than this wand, each wand chooses its witch or wizard and performs outstanding magic for its owner if the owner has the ability to perform magic well - for instance, Neville's wand is just as good as the next one but does not perfom brilliant magic as Neville himself is not talented (until Harry teaches him). This is not to say the wand is a bad one, or worse than another. Each wand is equally brilliant as it can perform outstanding magic with the right owner. So I would say none of those. There are only 2 levels of brilliancy in wands - the Elder Wand is in the first level, and the rest of the wands are in the second. Voldemort, Harry and Ron have equally good wands. Ron's produces the least amazing magic out of all of them as he is the least amazing wizard, not because it is a worse wand.
they'll say on the package if it lights up or not

To say 'magic' in Romano language, say it as 'mamioro'.
A good toy store, joke shop or retailer that specializes in Stage magic will carry Performance wands . Most metaphysical book stores, and new age shops, will carry wands used for Ritual magic. Many practitioners of magic make their own wands, using various woods, runes, symbols, sigals, metals, stones and gems for their particular needs. Instruction for the making can be found in Wicca by Scott Cunningham or Making Magick by Edain McCoy both published by Llewellyn. There are several books for children that have instructions on how to make your own wand. One in particular I know of is The Book Of Wizard Craft by Janiice Eaton Kilby, Deborah Morgenthal, & terry Taylor, Published by Lark Books. It's a fun little book with many easy projects.
OK what are words that mean magic or something like magic ok here are a few words that mean magic, witchcraft, and all other arts. (1.)Hex's:which is a curse(hex's are long term bad spells)and part of magic/witchcraft. (2.)Spell's:which is some what like a hex(spell's can be good and bad) and also part of magic/witchcraft. (3.)Ritual's:which a ongoing form of spell/hex and it is also part of magic/witchcraft. So that's three words that's most of the time used to say/mean magic.

Toby speaks the magic words in "People Could Fly" because he follows the instructions given to him by the flying man, who tells him to say the words when he is in danger. This allows Toby to escape harm by flying away to safety.
