doubtful. this is not a very researched area, but logic would tell us that A LOT more people would have skin cancer...
many people say that there is a chance of u getting skin cancer frm getting a tatto but once ur body gets a tattoo it has stuff in it the prevents u frm getting cancer so it is a 50.50 chance
