Not without serious modification, if possible. Although both of them have racks on the top, those racks are meant to hold specific accessories (sights, flashlights, etc.) and not other nerf guns unless the other nerf gun has the other rack type. Although there is a small number of nerf guns that can attach to others, the maverick and night finder aren't meant to be combined. Both the maverick and night finder can attach to nerf guns with the opposite rack type, like the crossfire and scout. Just not to each other, since they both have the same rack type.
i dont know sorry but maybe you can watch on youtube
No, it is built in and would be (unless you physically broke it off) impossible to take off anyway.
Search modification of the nite finder on google, then find the one that is from nerfhaven.

Take out air ristrictor
One of the ways to connect a Maverck or Nite Finder to a Secret Strike is to find those blasters' Tactical Rails (located on the top, AS-1 does not have one) and attach the Strikefire blaster to it, It should be upside down, but still working. The reason to hang the Strikefire on it is because the Strikefire has a tiny spot to hook keys on and such. The Secret Strike has one of those hooks, so you could hook it on through there. It would look really goofy, but that is the longer way. The other idea is just to hook the keyring onto the hole in the Maverick's cocking device, or the Nite Finder's cocking device.
you cant
