The question of blame in the death of Robin Williams centers on his struggle with severe depression and Lewy body dementia, which contributed significantly to his mental state. Many emphasize that mental health issues and the lack of understanding and support for such conditions played a crucial role in his tragic end. Ultimately, it reflects broader societal challenges regarding mental health awareness and treatment rather than assigning blame to a specific individual or circumstance.

One weakness of "13 Reasons Why" is its portrayal of mental health issues and suicide, which some critics argue can be triggering for viewers and may not provide adequate context or resources for those struggling. Additionally, the series has been criticized for its dramatization of sensitive topics, potentially leading to misunderstandings about the complexities of mental health. The show's narrative structure, focused heavily on blame and revenge, may also detract from a more constructive conversation about prevention and support.
Phone the operator and get the phone number for Mental Health. They will help to direct you. I know when you are extremely upset the mind doesn't always kick in and who could blame that person. Make that call and let Mental Health direct you for the help you need. Good luck Marcy
shares credit and blame
Taking the credit but not sharing the blame
There are many factors that can cause a mental illness. If the mother uses drugs this can cause mental issues. If the father physically abuses the mother while carrying the child this could cause mental defects by injuring the fetus. There are also genetic reasons that can cause mental illness that either or both parents can carry. There are many things that are believed to cause mental illnesses so blaming it on a single cause or person is nearly imposable to do.
Synonyms for the term "Imputed", which means to attribute blame to, include, but are not limited to the following words: blame, assign, credit, accuse, and ascribe.
Theoretically, if all the world were 'healthy' mentally, it would do away with a great deal of issues presented to society. Thus, it would be terribly helpful to the world if people didn't suffer from debilitating problems that are really all in their head. So, mental health should be a priority for a healthy society because (theoretically), society will not be healthy (and thus able to function to the full extent of its potential, etc.) until the issue of mental illness has been resolved.

If he did not and perhaps an adviser made a decision, it was still the emperor who either took the credit or the blame for them, because the adviser would be acting in the emperor's name. The emperor made the decisions.
