That is more for healing bacterial / fungal infections, it won't do much to help heal herpes. If the sore is on or aroun the mouth you probably shouldn't use creams like that. The best thing to treat herpes with is over the counter cold sore creams like Abreva.
Memesasone furoate cream is a corticalsteriod cream which is used to help treat allergic reaction. It may not do much for cold sores or possibly even aggravate the break out.
If the cold sore is around your mouth then you shouldn't use it as it could be toxic.
The best thing to treat cold sores with is Abreva or similar topical ointments and apply one of them regularly to the sores.
It would be a mistake to use a steroid cream on herpes sores.

For dark sopts and marks I use defense pure essential oil. It's made by natural tea tree oil and it doesn't contain any petrochemical compounds in itself.
No hun it's used to treat eczema and rashes. You would use an antiviral cream or medication to treat cold sores.
I wouldn't. This is a steroid. It has applications in nasal inflammation and closed skin inflammation, but steroids in open cuts isn't all that beneficial. For most small cuts I prefer a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and beta-dyne scrub, then water rinse, dry and bandage.
Yes, but I would not use anything that wasn't prescribed to your child directly from a doctor. I was just prescribed that for my 21 month old daughter who has experienced her very first diaper rash, that won't go away despite the usage of various other OTC creams. She was prescribed 0.1 mg used twice daily for 5-7 days. Since it is not an infection and she isn't using an antibiotic and the cream is just to help get rid of the rash, I will only use it until the rash is gone. Hope this answers your question. Though I strongly advise you see your child's pediatrician.
You can use Viagra if you have herpes.
