It really depends on what kind of game do you like. If you are more into first person shooters than mw3. But if you are into a fun game which is 3rd person view and do-what-ever-you-want kind of games you like than Saints row the third. I honestly think that mw3 is just mw2 with a few extras and improvements. I actually think MW3 is better. First of all its newer and I think it has better graphics than Halo Reach. Second,MW3 has more levels in campaign and a whole lot more levels in survival. (compared to Halo Reach's firefights)

MW3 If you like black ops then you'll like MW3. I played the beta of BF3 and it takes like 20 minutes to play a game. But BF3 has way better graphics and when you jump over obstacles its more realistic. But people say that you can get bored easily of BF3. Also BF3 takes so much of your time to get the best attachments for a gun, while MW3 takes less. And if you have a schedule like mine, then i will recommend MW3. Plus MW3 has a game mode called spec ops were you play survival and I have herd that its really fun. I also watched videos about MW3 and it looks way much funner than BF3. BF3 is just cooler, it has better graphics and you can damage walls and make trees fall down. And get this, while i was playing BF3 beta, a guy with an RPG shot at a room of a building and when i went inside of that room, the room was practically gone! Like i said BF3 is way cooler than MW3 but i suggest MW3 because it is way more funner.
