No. It stops anything that specifically targets a morphtronic monster. For example, it would negate Trap hole or Sakaretsu Armor as they both specifically target a monster. However, Morphtronic Cameran would NOT stop Mirror Force or Lightning Vortex, which simply destroy vast quantities of opponents monsters.
I would add Morphtronic Forcefield,as it is a counter trap and blocks any opponent's spell or trap effect that would destroy a Morphtronic Monster, and add a Morphtronic card to your hand.
