No! No matter what you do your going to have to comb through your hair. Even if you buy the medicated stuff from Walmart, it doesn't kill the eggs, so you'll just have lice again if you don't comb them out. That's why most medication says to use once and then again in a week or two to kill any newly hatched eggs.
