For example if you have taken drugs the day before and are having a test to see if your anaemic then they wouldn't know about the drugs. A blood test can show HIV,Aids,Pregnancy, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, hepatitis, anaemia and alot of other things too =)
