Yes if they contain dxm or Dextromethorphan, I took 4 and they made me feel happy, relaxed, a little dizzy. But it was enjoyable. Make sure on the bottle it says Dextromethorphan though. Some other things that I know for sure have dxm in them are NyQuil, Delsym, and Mucinex Dm. Have fun and be safe :)

It's generally not recommended to combine Mucus Relief DM (which contains guaifenesin and dextromethorphan) with Sudafed (which contains pseudoephedrine) without consulting a healthcare professional. Both medications serve different purposes: Mucus Relief DM helps loosen mucus and suppress cough, while Sudafed is a decongestant. Combining them may increase the risk of side effects or interactions. Always consult with a doctor or pharmacist before combining medications.
Mucus Relief DM is typically used for short-term relief of cough and mucus congestion. It's important to follow the dosing instructions on the packaging or as directed by a healthcare professional. Generally, it should not be used for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor, especially if symptoms persist or worsen. Always consult with a healthcare provider for personalized recommendations.
