"p" stands for piano which means quietly."f" stands for forte which means loudly."mf" stands for mezzo forte which means medium loud. Also this means that "p-mf" means you should start quietly and gradually get louder.
EP Forte usually don't work when you are pregnant after what I can find. They seem to be a emergency contraception and do not work once you are pregnant.
They are both dynamics. P stands for piano, which means quiet, and F means Forte, which means loud.
P for 'piano' in musical notation, meaning soft or quiet. F for 'forte' would be the opposite, meaning loud.
Musical dynamics are related in this way:FF - Fortissimo - Very loud F - Forte - Loud forcefull MF - Mezzo Forte - Moderately Loud MP - Mezzo Piano - Moderately Soft P - Piano - soft quiet tones PP - Pianissimo - Very Soft
p. p. of Take.
Piano is a term that means soft or quiet. It is detonated by an italicized letter p: (p) It is instructions on how to play or sing the music. Two p's together (pp) means pianissimo or very soft.(mp) is mezzo piano or medium soft.It is the opposite of forte which means loud. (f) Fortissimo is very loud (ff) and mezzo forte is medium loud (mf)
Pianissimo (pp) = very soft. Piano (p) = soft. Mezzo-piano (mp) = moderately soft. Mezzo-forte (mf) = moderately loud. Forte (f) = loud. Fortissimo (ff) = very loud. There are also pianississimo (ppp) and fortississimo (fff), which are "the softest possible" and "the loudest possible" respectably, but those are uncommon.
