Churches are generally quite happy to allow anyone to attend their services, whether such people are Christian or not. If a visitor is not already a Christian, perhaps that person will choose to become one, after hearing an inspiring sermon.
The church's mandate is to rescue the lost. The whole purpose of having a church building is to have a safe haven in which people can come and meet with God. If non-Christians don't come to churches, they church has to go to them!
