Yes but one would have to be caring, understanding yet strongwilled. One would need to understsnd thst an addiction of alcohol and drugs is considered a disease.
Try to pick your moments to be involed in the rrcovery because most people would like to be quite private in their recovery usually due to embarresment. Show support and hope all goes well.
