Can not get off door panel off of a 2003 Hyundai accent it is attached at the door lock removed the one screw there?

you need to check for hidden Pin's, or bolts, there can be hidden in the center of the panel. an sometime you just need to put some muscle in to it

But relay can be accessed without removal of plate. Relay should be black. It's fastened with I think a 3/8" hex head screw.
