If you mean baby oil, then any drug store or supermarket would carry it. Bay oil, also known as Oil of Bay, is an essential oil extracted from leaves of the bay tree, or bay laurel. A pharmacy or supermarket would be a likely place to buy it, Although bay leaves, from the same tree, are widely used in cooking, I've never heard of this use for bay oil.
