∙ 15y agoThis is very unlikely, first of all, HIV virus does not survive for very long when out of a persons fluids/body, secondly the cut on your face would send blood dribling out of your face and not into it, therefore any possible virus would most likely be swebt outwards and wiped away. 1 in a billion i would say.
