Yes, however you would still need to take all of the pre-requisites for nursing school. You would be going for a second bachelor's degree (BSN), and would basically be starting over.

Yes most schools require that you have a Bachelor's and that you have an unrestricted active RN license in the state in which you attend school

The minimum educational requirement to teach at a college or university is a master's degree in the subject area being taught. However, a doctorate is preferred.
