Ball pythons usually lay between 4-8 eggs during one pregnancy.
The ball python is only one type of Python. As I don't know which other type of python you're asking me to compare the ball python with I can't really answer your question...
a wild one will eat more and maybe less. the ball python will eat as much as it wishes in the wild. one that you own may starve to death and you might not know.
Your python may stay small but that is NOT good for a python to be in a small space. It leads to agression. You must get bigger tanks for your python as he grows, or just start with a large one.
The most intelligant snake is the ball python
yes one is nice but not several bunched together.
We'll, it depends on the species of snake. For example, a ball python can lay 4-10 eggs.
What I've learned from the state of Florida problem they open up one and it had 87 eggs in it. It even shocked the forest and wildlife. One other thing that shocked them there was one python they killed it was 16 feet long and weighed 225 pounds. Didn't seem right to them so they cut it open and found inside thus python a full grown deer in tack inside this python. So if this python and swallow s full size deer it can swallow a human. Having these as pets should br story Cindyrsdu
the ball python's temperament unless it's shedding or it hasn't eaten for more than two months. Well, the Ball Python was orignally named the "Royal Python". It acquired it's name sake "Ball" because when it was threatened, it curled up into a ball and behaved in a very docile manner; This is the reason these snakes are so popular here and in other countries. There is no other "Python" that is so easy to engage, train, and love. Can you kiss a python on the lips? I can :-) and so what, I am immune to sowmanilla now. Ball Pythons are very sweet and everyone should get to know one. If you are afraid, get the "F" over it. Life is too short. Snake lover I am.
No they both take completely different care. One lives on the beach, the other in the savannah. They don't exactly mix. Also, the hermit crab could hurt your ball python.
buy one, got a prime example at the ny reptile show
The simple answer is no. But the personality of ball python morphs really don't differ from one another. It can act just like a normal, and ball pythons in general are a docile species, regardless of morph. However, some ball python morphs are better eaters than others, the spider morph is known to be an aggressive eater, I know from experience.
