As of version 7.x of MSN Messenger for Mac - Microsoft still does not support video for consumer users with @hotmail, @live, or @msn accounts. Microsoft has demonstrated a beta of Messenger 8 for Mac that WILL include cross-platform video-chat capabilities. It's expected to be released later in 2009.
