It's possible, but it wont be anything like it was before you started MMT. SWIM has been on 90 mg (methadone) for 7 months now, and still does at least 1 Opana 40 ER a night as of right now. When insufflated, SWIM notices that there are little to no euphoric properties, but intravenous injection is a whole different story. SWIM has a very good experience with anything 30 mg and up, and very great with anything above 60. Hope this answer helps.

∙ 11y agoYou can but it is pointless and a waste. Methadone is an opiate blocker and clogs the opiod receptors in your brain so the opana will not have any effect at all. I would not recommend mixing any other opiate with methodone.
